Clients who are using Internet Explorer 10 may need to update compatability view settings for ClientPortal to view correctly. Please complete the following steps for the best viewing experience:
1) Open Internet Explorer 10
2) Click on the Tools dropdown menu
** If you are unable to locate “Tools”, hit ALT and T on your keyboard **
3) Click on the Compatibility View Settings
4) If “Display all websites in Compatibility View” is checked, close this window and skip step 5.
5) Enter lpl.com in the “Add this website” textbox and then select the add button
6) Click Close
